Eye health

I have eye exams.

I wear sunglasses outside when the sun is strong.

I wear safety glasses or protective goggles if needed.

I am conscious about not getting sore eyes.

I am familiar with emergency care for foreign object in the eye.

I move my sight and avoid long periods with a fixed stare.

I avoid activities where I constantly get dust or particles in my eyes.

I am careful when doing activities that may injure my eyes.
